Job Title Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) –Contact Centre Type of Employment Contractual Job Areas  S (he)  will be responsible for  shifting duty of Contact Centre Duty Stations Dhaka
Core Responsibilities Day to day activities at Contact Centre as a relationship officer. Developing relationship with customers of bank. Making contact with customers for new products related  Banking Provide all kinds of support to branches related to Banking operation Overall summary report to team leader Eligibilities Graduate with out any 3rd division or class. Strong communication & interpersonal Skills with pleasing personality. Must be proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, able to work under pressure, must be a team player, having ability to meet deadlines, art of persuasion, art of marketing, usual knowledge of Contact Centre/Call Centre operation.
