- The primary responsibility of the applicant will be reviewing client’s credit application file and security & charge documents to ensure that all required papers/documents etc required at pre-appraisal, post- appraisal, pre-disbursement and post-disbursement stages are in order.
- Preparation of credit documents check-list and ensure that all copy documents are verified. Attested and checked to ensure genuineness of the submitted papers and documents.
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
- Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the Sales Manager.
- Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations
- Maintain linkages with inter divisions and branches.
- Monitor the performance of the borrowers and update the database relates to the borrowers.
- Complete all lease/loan documentation, disbursement and implementation procedure ensuring compliance to approved terms and conditions of Loan/Lease.
- Bachelors or Masters from any reputed university.
- Minimum 1 year(s)
- Age 24 to 35 year(s)
- Must have proper knowledge about all property related documents.
- 1 or 2 year (s) Experience in relevant field.
- Good computer and presentation skills.
- Must have good command over English language.
- Candidate with exceptional qualities will also be considered for this position
