Job Description / Responsibility

  • 1. Experience in working with the issue manager and the regulatory bodies for the IPO of company
  • 2. Responsible for managing corporate affairs of the company
  • 3. Organizing, preparing agendas for, and taking minutes of board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs) & EGM
  • 4. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and taking appropriate action
  • 5. Performs as an adviser to a company on management, including any legal or procedural matter falling under the Companies Act, SEC Act etc
  • 6. Ensure secretarial audit to check, focus and advise on the governance status and practice in the company
  • 7. Liaison with RJSC, BOI, SEC, DSE, CSE, Bangladesh Bank, NBR, etc
Educational Requirements
    FCS/ACA/ACMA/MASTERS
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Company Secretary/Share Division
Additional Job Requirements
  • 1. Minimum 6 years of which minimum 2 years experience in the position of company secretary of a listed company
  • 2. A track record of success in reputed and progressive organizations is necessary.
  • 3. She/he must be familiar with IPO related functions and share market operations.
  • 4. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the applicant must be able to work independently and take full control of the corporate affairs of the company
Salary Range
  • Negotiable
