Officer/Associate Manager, Business Applications Management & Relations, Technology
(Job Grade: Officer Grade - II/ Senior Officer)

Job Location: Dhaka

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Banking Applications Management & Parameter setup, ensure up to Level 3 Support.
Develop/customize core banking related system/applications, maintain day to day liaison with vendors and take feedback on customization issue & bug solving, performance tuning etc.
Test & QC the solution provided by vendors (or own developed) before deployment in live environment.
Assist Project Manager to analyze scope, prepare RFP, Evaluate Vendor, do UAT, implementation & monitoring
Coordinate with cross team for integration activities. Keep track of all events of the product (Enhancements, down time, Critical Activities) and also all associated cost, related payment process /AMCs. Take periodic feedback from end user & Ensure satisfactory support services maintaining SLA.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

B.Sc. Computer Science/Engineering / CIS/ B.Tech / IT Graduation from reputed university
Minimum Second Class/Division or GPA/CGPA of 2.5 and above
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in software development and understanding on Cards & Payments Applications will be given preference
Should have knowledge on basic UNIX, Java based programming & Oracle DB
Sincere, hardworking, reliable, able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Strong analytical ability, sound oral and written communication skill
