- Employ the best professional skills for smooth, safe operation and maintenance of the plant ensuring the required output to national grid.
- Administrate Plant staffs for their operational activities for a safe, secure and environmental friendly plant operation.
- Train up subordinates regarding Machinery operation, Maintenance, Trouble shootings & Procedures.
- Make a Carry out maintenance Schedules for the machineries.
